Shilajit and Tongkat Ali work through distinct, non-overlapping mechanisms. Shilajit's fulvic acid facilitates mineral absorption and mitochondrial electron transport — it improves how efficiently your cells produce energy. Tongkat Ali's eurycomanone acts on the luteinising hormone pathway to support free testosterone production and suppress sex hormone-binding globulin.
Sea Moss is the substrate. 92 trace minerals and elements — including zinc (cofactor for testosterone synthesis), iodine (thyroid regulation), and magnesium (ATP production) — provide the raw materials both primary compounds require to express their effect fully.

Sea Moss provides the prebiotic foundation — carrageenan fibre feeds beneficial gut bacteria, and the mineral density (iodine, potassium, magnesium) supports baseline cellular function. Without a functioning gut, polyphenol absorption from the teas is compromised.
Purple Tea's GHG anthocyanin and L-theanine combination is unique to the TRFK 306 cultivar. The anthocyanin is a potent antioxidant not found in any other tea. L-theanine modulates alertness without increasing cortisol — a qualitatively different experience from caffeine alone.
White Tea's EGCG — the primary catechin studied for anti-inflammatory and metabolic effects — complements the anthocyanin pathway without redundancy. These are different polyphenol classes acting through different receptor mechanisms.
